dimwits

Just came across a word -dimwitted. A dimwit simply means a simpleton -a person lacking intelligence or common sense. Sorry to say, we see a lot of dimwits these days. We have very good examples in the media such as.. dumb blond characters that we see so much these days. These characters promote a sense of 'cuteness' by acting like dimwits. However, some of these girls have wonderfully clever minds but are afraid to show it in class. Rather, it is shown by how well they plan strategies to carefully destroy another's life. or something like that.. but u get the point, im sure.
